It is the quarterly
news bulletin of W.S.C. published by Sivajnana Nilayam of Malaysia. It is bilingual in
nature where articles appear in English and Tamil. It also carries a photo news section,
where the activities of World Saiva Council are photographically communicated. One of the
most attractive section is Sivajnana Peedam where basic questions on Saivism are answered
by Dr.K.Loganathan. The total number of pages is around 32 A4 size, including cover and
each issue carries about 10 articles 5 in English and 5 in Tamil, approximately. The Editorial Board
